First time here. The eye clinic is clean and well-organized, and I love all the small details. Erica and Taylor are very friendly and enthusiastic—it feels great when the staff is so welcoming and genuinely cares about your well-being. Dr. Adibian is amazingly knowledgeable and kept the entire eye exam process lighthearted and fun. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered and was incredibly patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and professional and courteous. Finding frames was easy with the wide range of frames and assistance. I definitely recommend the office for through eye exam.

This is a GREAT location for optic care. The doctor was VERY funny and really easy to talk to about all my needs. Billing was painless and quick to deal with. All of the ladies in the office had great big smiles. I had a major issue with the last brand of contacts I had and they quickly discovered a replacement for my terrible prescription. I LOVE THE SWITCH!! Doctor even noticed my power was a little higher than was needed and I didn’t feel that weird vertigo you get when you try on new lenses. 10/10! Will be back!

Found this place through my provider and pleased with the experience. Customer service is exceptional. Taylor does an outstanding job making the experience smooth and easy. Taylor walked me through selecting frames even adding her own suggestions and helping me gain the most out of my coins. My frames are super cute and their selection of choices are quite impressive. Would recommend this location to anyone needing/wanting professional services and selection of frames.

While I waited (which wasn’t long at all—these ladies are efficient), I asked if I could browse the glasses. Taylor, with her bright and warm energy, immediately brought me a tray and walked over with me, already ready to help. Before I could even start looking, it was already time for my exam—they’re that quick and organized! Erica made the whole exam process feel easy and relaxed. She was so patient and kind, and I truly felt at ease letting her check my eyes (which usually gives me anxiety). Her calm presence made a huge difference, and I could tell she really cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed. After that, I was brought into another room where I met the lovely Adibian. Right away, her energy was so warm, grounding, and comforting. She even moved my water closer to me, which was such a small gesture, but spoke volumes about how attentive and thoughtful she is. We had a beautiful conversation about life, goals, and dreams—and on top of that, she thoroughly educated me on my eye health. She answered all my questions with clarity and kindness, and truly helped ease my worries. Her reassurance and knowledge were a gift. And then… back to Taylor, she had over 10 (we went through a lot more) amazing frame options picked out just for me, and I swear, she has an eye like an artist. She listened to what I liked, offered honest feedback (which I loved), and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She hyped me up, celebrated my features, and helped me narrow it down to the perfect pair. It felt like a styling session and a confidence boost all in one. Taylor even helped calculate costs with such care, always keeping my budget and goals in mind. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself. Seriously—the energy, the education, the attention to detail—it was all next level. You can tell this team genuinely cares. Everyone should experience this kind of care, knowledge, and magic. Dr. Adibian and the team were knowledgeable and answered all my questions on contacts and glasses. She worked with me to get the correct prescription for both and it was an enjoyable experience. She also knew a lot about astigmatism, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who needs an accurate presciption (and nice looking glasses that fit the face proportionally) to visit.

Taylor was extremely kind and welcoming during my visit. She helped me select the right frames, that suited my style and budget- I absolutely love them. I appreciate how patient she was and how she made my experience enjoyable and easy.

Always friendly and courteous people. I love it at this office. Even the doctor takes time to explain everything to you and she’s very attentive. You not in an environment where everything is rushed. Couldn’t ask for a better place to have my eyes checked.

The doctor was very thorough and friendly. She explained all the scans of my eyes they did, what they were for, how this relates to my current eye health and the plan for moving forward. Would highly recommend.

Ever single person in the office was absolutely wonderful. I took the family for back to back appointments and we where not rushed in the least. Each person in the office knows their job impeccably and gave us in depth explanations and recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I meant to make this review sooner time gets away. Briar Forest is the only place I would consider to have an eye exam. Everyone is extremely friendly and patient plus their knowledge is A Plus. Couldn't find a better place to go and have my eyes examined.
